Thank you for offering your time to volunteer for the Scholarship Review Committee. Supporting our students is one of the most rewarding opportunities we have and we appreciate your commitment towards this endeavor.

Below are some general questions we need to gather in order to determine that we have a diverse mix of scholarship reviewers. If you participate on this review committee, you will be expected to devote approximately 2 to 3 hours of time reviewing applications. We also hope you will be able to show your support of these awardees by attending the end-of-year Scholarship Awards Celebration to be held early June 2019 (Details will be provided).

Additionally, it is vital that Scholarship Review Committee members agree to be fair-minded and unbiased, as well as maintain the confidentiality of all student applicants. More details are provided at the bottom of this form.

COMMITMENT TO REMAIN UNBIASED AND MAINTAIN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY: Robinson PTSO requires that each reviewer treat applications with strict confidence before, during, and after the review process. Reviewers are not to discuss information contained in the applications with anyone who is not part of the Scholarship Review Committee. Additionally, reviewers may not share application materials with any one other than Scholarship Review Committee members. As Reviewers, we strive to remain as fair-minded as possible when we review our student applicants. Therefore, if a Reviewer finds that she/he cannot remain unbiased towards an applicant, the Reviewer must refrain from reviewing and ranking that particular applicant's application.
