SMS Membership Award Nomination
We are looking for nominees for the 2018-2019 PTA Membership Awards. These are the Honorary Life Membership or Extended Service Award

The Honorary Life Membership Award is one of the highest honors that may be presented to individuals for outstanding service to children and youth. If you know a teacher, staff member or person in our school and community who is constantly shooting for the moon hoping to reach the stars, our children, please consider nominating him/her so they can be recognized. There is no other requirement.  They do not need to be a PTA member.

The Extended Service Award is reserved for people who are already a Texas Life Member, and continue to provide outstanding service to Texas PTA for at least 10 years.

We will be accepting nominations until December 21, 2018.
