VIRTUAL RUN
Due to COVID-19, this will be a virtual run/walk. What this means is you can choose where you want to run/walk the 5K (3.10 miles) or 1.5 miles as an individual or family. You can run or walk this at your convenience October 1-8. Times can be uploaded to a Google sheet after completion which will be available on our website and Facebook page.
***IF YOU CHOOSE THE FAMILY OPTION, YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY CAN RUN. Please note that you only need to sign up one family member as you register.
SUPPORT
The proceeds of this race help to support our local Maria Hastings Elementary School PTO and provides additional support to the school community.
TIME
You will be able to submit your time once you run or walk your distance and see how you stack up against others. This is completely optional.
I know that running is potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter or run this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this race including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the event, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. All fees are nonrefundable. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
