2024-2025 PRE-PACKAGED SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Every year, the Aledo PTO gives parents the opportunity to purchase school supply packs for convenience, as we know how hectic of a time this can be for our parents. We do this as a service project, offering the school supply packs as close to cost as possible.
Our wonderfully dedicated teachers have met and collected feedback from fellow teachers to devise a district-wide school supply list for each grade level, Pre-K through 5th grades. Teachers at McAnally Intermediate and Aledo Middle School verified the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade lists. The Aledo PTO has finalized the school supply lists with the school supply company, EPI. We are running our sale through June 16th. (Orders placed after May 21st will have a price increase.)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for the Early Childhood Academy and all Elementary Schools: School supply packs for grades Pre-K - 5th will still be delivered to your child’s campus at no additional cost. Aledo PTO volunteers will deliver those packs to the appropriate classroom prior to the start of school, so your child’s school supplies will be waiting for him in his classroom.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Aledo MS and McAnally MS: School supply packs for grades 6, 7, and 8 will be delivered to your home in August. *Shipping charges will be applied to your cart automatically. This is due to a number of factors: the volume of packs purchased conflicts with the space available to deliver, sort, and distribute those packs at the middle school level and the nature of school supplies changes beginning in middle school (extra supplies are kept at home with only the required supplies brought to school, unlike elementary where students store all supplies in their classroom).
Online orders will be available at the following prices NOW through May 21st. Late orders (with a price increase) will be taken May 24th through June 16th.

School supply packs for grades 6, 7, and 8 will be delivered to your home in August.
*Shipping charges will be applied to your cart automatically: $13.25 for the first pack and $3.50 for each additional pack. (AMS and MMS are considered separate accounts in EPI's system and shipping cannot be combined between the two schools. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.) Please note there will NOT be an option to have these packs delivered to your child’s campus. Please do not use a P.O. Box or the school's address as your shipping address.
We are also offering an OPTIONAL pack for parents to purchase in addition to the grade level packs. These include a variety of “bulk” items, such as disinfectant wipes, paper towels, kleenex, etc. The prices also include a monetary donation so that your campus can purchase additional items that are needed. All bulk item donation kits will be delivered to your child’s campus at no additional cost and the items will be distributed across your child’s campus for classroom use:
Early Childhood Academy: this $20 optional kit includes 2 containers of disinfectant wipes, 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 box of quart-sized ziploc bags, and 1 box of gallon-sized ziploc bags.
Elementary Campuses: this $25 optional kit includes 2 containers of disinfectant wipes, 1 container of antibacterial wipes, 2 rolls of paper towels, and 1 box of facial tissues, as well as 2 black Sharpie markers (for art teachers).
Middle School Campuses: this $25 optional kit includes 2 containers of disinfectant wipes, 3 rolls of paper towels, 2 boxes of facial tissues, and 1 bottle of hand sanitizer.

The following school codes (three letters, followed by 3 numbers) will help you find the appropriate pre-packaged school supplies. Please remember to order the grade level from the school your children will be attending NEXT year, 2024-2025!

The Aledo PTO will NOT be ordering any extra to sell on our website in August! The only way to purchase school supplies through the Aledo PTO for the 2024-2025 school year is through EPI’s website between now and June 16th!
